Hey Guys,
I have a 1986 CRX HF the head has multiple bolts around the edge holding the valve cover on? I am looking at a 1987 CRX HF engine that has 2 nuts on the top holding the valve cover on???? what is the differance??? any ideas would be helpful!!!

The one with the 2 nuts is not an HF valve cover. It's probably not an HF head either, more than likely a replacement head or motor from a DX.
The HF cover is also made out of plastic, not steel or aluminum.
If you love the Elise, drive a Se7en - Caterham or whatever...
It has even less content than the Elise, is less graceful looking
...and changes direction like a ping pong ball whacked by Thor.

Thanks jsgprod! will the intake and exhaust off of the HF go on the 2 nuts head???? or is anyone looking for a clean (no rust) 1986 CRX HF????? lol

Yes, everything externally will exchange/bolt up with no problem.
