I would like to introduce my latest build, Project Sedan.

Since my previous build hit a major road block due to me not able to obtain a title for it. I have started transferring all of my parts to the Sedan.

I hope to mimic the very rare Si Sedan in the end.

The first part to be transferred was the rear suspension, which includes Integra disc, camber plates, and Ground Control coil overs.

I really like how the car looks on 16s.

Now time for me to transfer the front suspension. I will have 23mm torsion bars, extended top hats, and JDM twin pot calipers.

I love that I'm seeing more and more sedan projects!  I'm signed on and I look forward to seeing what you accomplish.

And we're willing to bet that the CRX won't be at the bottom of the short list--particularly if the CRX in question is an Si."

It was a pretty productive morning. I was able to remove the old PS cradle and swap it out for my HF cradle.

During the swap I noticed the hardware on the knuckles was incorrect.

Upon further investigation. I discovered that the threads are no longer there and that the clamp bolt will not work. Lucky for me a hatch showed up in a local yard today. Looks like tomorrow will be just as busy.

Now that I've deleted both PS and emissions. The engine bay is looking at lest cluttered.

I will also have to do something with this ugly manifold.

After picking up a good set of front hubs and replacing the bearings, the front suspension is in. Still in the tweak all 4 corners to get the ride height just right, but its looking pretty good so far.

Are you going to leave it carbed or convert over to FI?  Looks like a great project!

Thank you

For now carbed. I do plan on converting to EFI in the future when I get a few more parts together. I have a high compression blacktop A1 and LSD trans that was marked for my hatch build, that is now slated for the sedan.

A little bit more work down.

Also installed a 15/16 MC and Booster from a 90 Prelude.

Unfortunately I'm having pressure issues. Thinking the proportioning valve is bad. I will reassess this weekend.

Another part showed up today. Hoping I can clean it up and replace the damaged lens with one from my original panel.

They are JDM Accord Calipers and Integra Rotors. I am still not happy with how the pedal feels. I'm going to continue to work on it and see how it goes.

Received another part this week. Its a fiberglass replica that needs some cleaning up, but a nice piece until I can source the real deal.

Looking good! Definitely like the wheel choice! Looks like a fun ride/project, makes me miss driving my hatches. Looking forward to what your going to do with it, I'm also curious where you got the rear spoiler, is someone making them?
