I have plenty of people that work at a Exhaust shop. Modification and fabrication will not be a probelm in that aspect. But its good to know off hand that modification will be necessary. $200 is very reasonable.

Chedda,
I would be more than happy to go out and take some measurements on my Si tomorrow. What do you need? I don't have the stock airbox setup anymore, but it is in my closet, so other than a few pieces for the resonator, I have the whole shibang and can get ya accurate measurements for anything ya need.

5 reasons cars are better than women
5) You can rub and wax a car in your driveway and not get arrested
4) Car's don't get mad at you for no reason every 28 days
3) You can't put a bumper sticker that says "How's my driving? Dial 1-800- EAT-S*IT!" on a woman.
2) You can sell your car to a complete stranger and nobody will get mad at you
1) Women can't go 200 miles per hour.

Lol ok i would need some pictures and a lot of prescise dimensions. The issue is the angle from the intake right? unless you have an angle gauge?

Chedda,
No, I don't have an angle gauge (although my grandfather more than likely does.)
I can get you a pretty accurate angle measurement though, although I know you are going for 'exact'.
Basically, If there is anything I can do with a tape measure and some time let me know.

Regarding intakes ..... I just put a Bseries in my car and the same intake I used for my ZC was only about 2 inches shorter for my B swap and maybe 3-4 inches shorter for the old EW D15 . (all at the TB)
So from longest to shortest
ZC was longest (TB furthest away from PS fender)
B series was about 2 inches shorter
and the old EW was about 1-2 inches shorter then the B series. (TB Closest to PS fender)
So you could make one intake for all three motor and just have them cut to each application.
About 10 years ago I had mine fabed from a 90 integra intake.

Ok so ive come to the conclusion, due the fact that this is going to cost me about 80 dollars in parts, that i cant really afford just to make one and send it out right now. But i will in a few months, il have a prototype ready for trial. For now i might concentrate on a turbo manifold. Il keep you up to date.
