Hey Fred!

That's a beautiful car you have there! Building them from scratch can be a LOT of work. I visited the link from another thread to your friends Hot Rod Shop (Duncans Speed & Custom). Hope you don't mind, but I stole your pictures for my "Ideas" files and to share with the others:

Thanks! I think it was as much fun creating and building it as driving it. Building a car with a good friend makes all the difference.

And it's a disease. Albeit a good one, a disease nonetheless. Yes, we like working together on all sorts of projects. I just feel fortunate that my kids, even my girls, want to get out with me and work on stuff. i have a total of 6 kids, 12 years old on down to 17 months, and our newest project I have been away with is a 1956 Chevy short school bus. yeah, you're all laughing inside, some out loud, but I think it will be Cool.

Here's some pics:

I would like to know the bolt pattern and wheel size on that thing. Looks like it my fit my old RV. Would love to ditch the lock ring wheels I have and go to tubeless.

Thanks

These are 10 on 7.25" with a 5.25" center hole. It's really an odd bolt pattern. The wheels on there are factory 1955-1959 22.5" x 5.25" and wearing 9R22.5 commercial tires. They are really made for 8R22.5 tires, but no one makes those domestically and importing them is WAY TOO expensive. What bolt pattern do you have on your RV?

Mine is 5 hole on 8". Stud piloted budd type. Not easy to find. Got some? Could use 17", 19", or 19.5". I know all of those exist, just not much luck finding any. Any that I was willing to pay for that is.

do you have 10 lugs in the rear on the duals? I run a 10 lug in the back and 5 lug in the front. Odd, but that is how these older truck chassis were built.

Five lugs front and back. There is an old 10/5 combo that will fit. Looking for anything.
