"has anyone bought a kit like this? how good is the fit "
Umm , that would be me . I got the extreme dimensions m type kit .( crxmobber is right , its a slightly mod'd 2gen kit )
Although i liked the look , the fit sucked . truly sucked . the front bumper isn't too bad , but the back bumper and the side skirts are a joke . Hell, the back bumper isn't even symmetrical .

Which i have to update . as of August 19th , my 87 hf was totaled , when a young man made an unsafe left turn in front of me . i'm still sick about it .

I like em ! .. just got a used set on ebay.
It came with the top hinges , but no pin mounts for the bottom clips .. any ideas where i can purchase those ?
Gonna find a way to mount these ,even if have to use Velcro .

Would a set of these green guys be absolute overkill for my daily driver ?
is there a drop ? or does the car retain its natural height ?
if there is a drop , is it enough to mandate an adjustable panhard bar ?
What's the expected life of the product in miles ?
do they come in hot pink ? ...( ok, just kidding)
I'm thinking this is the year to start reworking the suspension , i just don't want too many surprises.

I've been a Disc jockey, Air talent, Radio air personality, Voice-over guy since 1974 . It's a gypsy life style with no job security and no prospects of retirement . color me stupid .
It has some interesting benefits as i was the voice of Los Angeles International Airport ( the red zone is for loading ...) for a decade, and i voiced the entire F/A-18 training program, worldwide, out of NAS Lemoore. (The Australian Pilots actually complained that ' I ' had an accent .The pilots from the RCAF said "He's ok, eh?" No idea what the Kuwaiti's thought)
In between radio gigs, I've been a tech at a web hosting company, studied music education at Fresno State, driven D8 Cats, and tended bar. And for a while, i was somewhat involved in politics.
What a long strange trip .....

Since 87 , my CRX has been stolen once ...(recovered 2 weeks later ) and broken into 30 times . i'm beyond calling in police reports .. if i catch the next guy , i already know where i'm disposing of the body .
