FYI I think KIA designed the Ford Aspire.  They are all over Nicaragua... and I'm assuming many other places... as the Kia Avella.  Ford Fiesta was the Kia Pride.  If you notice the Kia badge is Ford shaped...

EDIT: Apparently Mazda designed the Fiesta Kia/Ford designed the Aspire

That's my car, actually. I've posted about it here before. It still is in need of final tweaking, to get running. I haven't had time for it lately. It has been safely stored in climate-controlled storage for the last decade or so. It is turbo'ed, and pretty extensively modified, mostly with period parts. Search my posts here, I have written it up before in the past. Mostly what I need to do is find time to diagnose a no-spark issue. I think it is the MSD6BTM that is misbehaving.

The original owner, whom I bought it from, is/was a car designer for Ford (then later Chevy). It was painted and photographed in the ford design studio, which is where these pics date from.  Someday soon I will finish it up and drive it, hopefully.
