If you go the route I was telling you about, any 88-91 civic manually operated climate control will work. Doesn't matter if it's a sedan, wagon, or hatch. What does matter is that you pull the heater core unit and the blower fan from a hatchback. That is because A) they are interchangable with the crx, and they are manually operated or use cables to open and close the doors. The CRX uses motor operated doors so you have plugs dangling that were once for these motors. When you pull the civic climate control also make sure you pull the little light bulbs with it and a good long chunk of the connector it connects to with a pigtail. You have to splice this into the existing light bulb wires, red to red, black to black. This is the only wiring you have to do and the rest is plug and play. There are other options, I've heard of people using climate controls out of accords and other models. If you do that make sure to cut a pigtail so you know what pins are for what because you might have to repin your climate control plugs. I like the manually operated cable system better because anytime you introduce motors or other electrical components you invite failure down the road. If needed I might be able to take a pic of my wiring, but once you look at it it's pretty simple. LMK and good luck, Jeremiah
