Makes sense to me. Small diameter lower profile wheels/tires on the driven end of the car to effectively change the final drive ratio, improving acceleration. The rears I would assume to be your standard street rims/tires. If I am correct, I would recommend putting small diameter, narrow rear tires on as they would save you some rotational mass and theoretically improve acceleration as well.

they are actually 13" aloy ats rims, and the reason is that my engine is very very slow with the dayly 17". so i found a set of 175/50 tyres and nountet them on a set of ats. yes it is a evil headerpanel on the car next to me, actually i'm being beaten by my own car!!! ha ha ha. a friend of me is racing it at the local competitions cause he weights about 70 kg less then my self (i'm a big boy)...

Is that an infamous evil header panel I see on the car next to you?

the evil header you have to fabrikate your self, and hey, you forgot the extra taxes on cars (180% for new ones).
i am serously thinking of traveling to the states for a while, since my "wife" have decided to leave me... what are the job-chances on your side of the pond? and house/ apartment prises?

what is your line of work or what type of job do you want. and like anywhere, house/apartment prices vary widely.

WOW that's some cheap gas. It's $2.80 a gallon for 87 octane in the Chicago suburbs, well over $3.00 in the city, and I hear San Diego is already over $4 a gallon.

Gas where I live is $2.69 gal most expensive in San Diego is $3.25 in El Cajon. I'm use to gas being high here since there r so many cars and they know that can get, while the rest of the nation pays less then $2 and still whine about it.

I thought gas prices depended on how liberal your state was
Were at 3 bucks a gallon now, and the closest large city without going over the boarder is seattle which is 89 miles away. My friend from South dakota is paying a mere 1.50 or something like that.
