Hey everyone, I had a few questions about doing a Weber K726 swap on my 87 Civic sedan. I'm using the USDM intake manifold, keeping some of the stock vacuum ports for the A/C and ignition advance. I used JB Weld to cover up that hole on the driver side of the intake. I also have a larger port open, not sure what I could use it for since I still have the normal locaton for the brake booster. Should I just plug it? As for the ignition timing, where would be be best way to hook everything up? Does anyone know of a mechanical advance distributor for these?

I have the Weber mostly installed, just need to figure out the throttle cable still. I read on one forum that I can just cut the end off and basically have to play around with the cable to get it too fit. This may be a stupid question, but does it matter what hole the cable goes in? Also, what's the best location for the extra return spring the kit came with?

I think those are all the questions I really have at this moment, I'll mess around with it a bit more after breakfast.

After messing around with the carb in between spots of rain, I got everything set up and pretty much answered most of my questions. Just need to hook up the vacuum advance for the distributor and sort out the tuning. Bogs a little when I floor it.
