That seems like a good deal for U.S. people , I have a mold for 1985 Honda civic hood and get fiberglass copy's made for $250 Canadian.
So if you add a couple bucks on for him to get a mold made and the cost of shipping thats pretty good. I have a fiberglass hood on the racecar but it blew off and had a rebuild, I need to get another one pulled and may go with carbon fiber this time. My car needs to lose about 40 lbs in total.

How much do both versions (Fiberglass & CF) of the USDM (no-bump) hood weigh?

I don't have any actual numbers, but I estimate the CF at about 5 lbs and the FG at about 8-9.

I really wish I could, but I'm getting married this year and all extra funds from New Years on are toward the honeymoon. Gotta love priorities. dry.gif

I need an email...

Right now, I am only asking for this: I need individuals to email me asking to be put on a waiting list. Put in your email what material and style you want! Note: this does not mean they are committed to buying, but they are the pool of people I will contact whejn it is time to take deposits. I will be collecting names for about a month, or until we get 10...whatever comes first.

Im interested in a hood.....i just need to choose cf or fiberglass...im leaning towards the cf

Is there anyway possible for someone to put together a white hatch with a cf hood....like shopped or something so i know what it would look like?

blah blah, scrolled through. how much for a sedan hood? I want one biggrin.gif i want to get rid of that headerpanel, are you planning on making it two pieces? even tho it would go out over the fenders a bit, it would look great.
