For those of you have any kind of built motor for our crx/civic and integras you know that the stock motor mounts suck. And for those who have tried the pour-able or inject-able poly have probably noticed that the motor mounts still could be better. Today I cut and burned out the old bushing material and machined a new two piece design to replace that soft old rubber one. The material is about the same harness as the 70 series hasport, so not extremely stiff so it should still infact absorb most of the vibration. The other side will take a little more work, but I have full intention of making a direct replacement for that one as well.
The kit includes both bushings, and new dowel.$65 shipped.

I said $65 for the one side, The other one is going to take fabrication work, and will probably end up around $110 because it will include the full mount rather than just the bushings.

OH I forgot to update this I guess. Here is a photo of the trans mount.
I think Im going to offer them in a softer material that can be poured into a mold. These ones are pretty stiff, they would be great for racing app, just a little too stiff for a DD.

Yepp. I think they may even come in 62 duro. These are around 100. I know I can cast them at 80 and it would feel allot better.
