Sorry but using private email to conduct govt business is a no-no, using it to screw someone in the govt and asking if she could get subeoned for doing so is also a no-no.
I'm not pro Obama, He talks a good game, but says absolutely nothing at all.

Im talking about whoever made it. Must have been living under a rock for the past 100 years.
Also, wealth redistribution is a no no, as is a non flat tax rate. But i guess if you're lazy you wont have to worry because the rich and successful will just pay for your needs.

I don't understand how you figure that's theft. The word/term "Back" would mean that the money is simply returned to the original payer or the tax amount is reduced for the original payer from a current higher rate. Example: I payed 5 dollars in tax. Under the new tax matrix I qualify for a reduced rate. So then I pay only 4 dollars. Feel free to point out the "theft" in that example. I simply call it a "tax cut."
Scott's right, Congress passes Taxes. Just think back to any "supplemental War spending bill" that Bush would send them for approval.
