My god, if you all are up at 1-2AM debating CRX generations, you must have infants too. I say get any 84-91 Civic/CRX. Other than that, I've already told you that the 85 Si is the best and fastest car ever created by man. And I would never lie. Seriously, if that guy in NC who has the 85 CRX is losing power, negotiate down the cost, have the motor fixed or swapped. I know swaps aren't for everyone, but the D16A1/ZC is a great motor in the CRX. I have no regrets. Good luck whichever direction you go.

Im in concord, close to Charlotte and will do engine work fairly cheap. If you get the car with the engine problems ZI can help with repairs, or a swap.

well ill be driving my 87 si home to sumter soon.......maybe we could deal a little on price though,mines got quite a few less miles than most and in #9 shape....AKA barn find,L.O.W> azz miles....2nd owner......

1. That is a 30K car? post up the VIN for a Carfax and prove me wrong. It was supposedly stored in the garage from original owner? how did it get that foul lip on the rear and the newer sound system? All that undercarriage rust , roof rust,interior damage,quarter rust,engine rust. rear panel sticker stripped off.. etc... Honestly it does not show symptoms of a original 30K car .. EVEN If it was stored in undesirable climates (but you did state it was garage kept).

2. Even If it had 30K it is a rusted out pretty bad shape car. probably a $600 car at most.

3. Your sig is CRAZY.. Only 333 SI's in 1987?where did you get That info buddy? There probably is more than 400 87's on this site lol.

YOU DO NOT HAVE A HEMI CUDA CONVERTIBLE.. You have a rusted out , junked up,mass produced 1987 SI. Nothing more.

Hey its 12:30 AM and I'm fighting my insomnia. I'm still being nice.. A Carfax won't hurt to originate it. Proof is in the pudding..

I really want to know How he knows That his was the 3rd black one to come off the line/imported to the USA.. I want to know what number red one mine was to come off the line. wink.gif
