How about Bodega Bay. There good places to eat there. Bodega Bay is a shallow, rockey inlet of the Pacific Ocean on the coast of northern Califorina. It is approximately 5mi across and is located 40 mi northweast of San Fransisco. According to the 2000 U.S. Census, Bogda Bay's total population was 1423. Or how about Skyline Blvd in the Redwood forest up in the Oakland-Berkley hills. There are lots of camp sites could park at, hang out and barbecue or go down to into Berkley to eat. There are twisty winding roads leading up there that are great for street bikes and CRX's. Or we could meet at my house in the Pittsburg Marina.

Let me know when and where..... I'm down.
La Honda sounds good. Plenty of parking(dependind on time of day) and great roads for a quick loop.
Let's parade them Old Skool "H" cars.

In the meanwhile anybody else close gonna go to the car show in Stockton? I will have my car in it and my wife will put her XB in.. If anyone else wants to enter I can get a discount on vehicle registration, my buddies shop is hosting it.

Scott's Weenie Roast is September 12th. Since there may be some members coming up from the southland, we need to stay away from that date. Since August is almost over, do we want to aim for later September or early October?

I am going to be in the bay area on the 5th of October to see Motorhead/ Reverend Horton Heat at the Warfield.. (a Monday)

the 4th would be an awesome date for me..it is far enough out that we could plan SOMETHING..

Thought about one more date conflict. October 3rd is the Japanese Classic Car Show in L.A. That would be a no-go weekend. Anybody in the Bay Area thinking about heading south for this?

Just went to the NorCalCRX website. It sounds pretty official that CRXpo 2009 is not going to happen. So whatever we plan here looks like the NorCal CRX gathering for this year.

I'm down.. we need to get together.. we have some of the broadest array of cars from straman's, the highest HP EW, some clean examples, some swapped cars etc.. Maybe a BBQ somewhere?

I can guarantee if the dates are correct I can get at least 5 1G's to be there.

C'mon those east coasters drive from different states and hundreds of miles to go to a RPR meet.. We are all About 1 hour away from each other LOL..

I'll throw up a suggestion..

We can all do that Indoor GOKART thing in livermore? I have no clue where it is and I have never been there but a lot of IMPORT meets happen there.
