ok some mechanic said that the platic nose piece on the 1G crx are crap and break all the time and actually hetook mine off and threw it away so i dont have that nose piece. is there anything you can do to not even have one of those??? is thier like a full size hood i could use??? or just throw that stupid idea away and just buy another nose piece? oh yeah he threw it away cause it was broken

There is this option, or you can dish out $100 on a new header panel off ebay.

theres a guy i know who claims his fenders and header panel are all metal, im not sure where he got this but there is pics of his car i will find them if u want

The Civic has metal fenders and header panel, the CRX has plastic. Is it a CRX he's talking about? Also, if they are replacement from Certifit, they might be metal as opposed to plastic.
