Ooh! I really like that steering wheel!

Under steer is when you hit the wall with your front end.
Over steer is when you hit the wall with your rear end.
Horsepower is how hard you hit the wall.
Torque is how far you move the wall.

those seats are F-ing pimp. I WANT a set.
Mr D, LMK if you can get any of this gear!!!

You won't want to pay for them. I am pricing out the covers only. They look like they'd fit over a stock seat....and the covers alone are going to be EXPENSIVE. Seat covers from Honda always are. These are no more than a normal cover, but it is still a lot.

Horn button and steering wheel, decals, seat covers, and fogs (from the CRX) are all being price-checked.

Try A couple hundred bucks per cover ($250 approx). And note there are 4 covers. And that is not including head rests.

Marcus

i just paid 600.00 for a drivers seat upper and lower cover with frame and padding for a 91 crx si
from Honda vintage parts and that was with my employee dis. retail was over 1000.00. those F-1 covers are worth way more than what the honda list is. i mean if they are brand new...forget it! care to share where u are trying to get these from?

any news on the seat covers?

I'm looking to put some kind of covers on my stock '86 Si seats, more to protect the great condition they're in than to cover up blemishes, but searching the forum doesn't come up with any recommendations on brands/stores for quality covers that fit well.
While these F1 covers would likely be more than I'd like to spend, dropping $50 on a generic set from Pep Boys is a waste if they dont' fit well...

any recomendations?
thanks!
Kurt

I've never seen a normal set of 1g CR-X seats (because there are pretty much none of them over here in Australia), but the F1 seats are very heavily bolstered. The cool bit is that the bolsters on the driver's seat are adjustable - a knob on the side of the backrest makes them pivot in or out to hug the driver tightly. Is that a standard thing or just on the F1 seats? If it's not standard be aware there will be a hole in the cover for the knob.

YAY... BANDIT has a set of them stock and its not an F-1 edition... smile.gif I didn't notice the knob at first, and after i found it Im thinking 'lumbar support' typical - but then I was amazed to find that the sides of the seats move to hug the driver like a race seat! FULLY SIK i thought smile.gif
