Main relay, under the dash.  It seems to be a common issue.

I think all Hondas (and Acura) this vintage used the same main relay. I've yet to have one stop working but I keep spares... Others know way more than I but I know it is a common issue for them to quit. I think your local parts store will sell them.

You should connect a volt meter to your wire where it connects to the terminal on the pump to see if it gets electricity.  Maybe it's not the relay.

Going to Hawaii? You need a Dune Buggy.

WTB: 14x8 or 9" Panasports or Watanabe RS.

WTB: 3g Civic hatch gauge cowl, brown.

WTB: ZC header--FOUND

The solder joints on the main relay crack over time and lose contnuity intermittently....resoldering the big blobs of solder worked for me in the past.

I probably have a factory relay if you are in a bind.

Check the fuses (main power 45 Amp; main relay 15 Amp; fuel pump 10 Amp through ignition switch) of course and make sure your grounds are clean and good especially the rear harness ground (right rear) which the fuel pump flows power through.

Checking for voltage at the pump connector is a good idea too if you want to dig into that rats nest. Factory pumps have been rock solid for me.

Good luck.
