Honda "hate" add
Requires Quicktime
It's an add for a new Diesel. Same artsy style as the one w/the parts & the one with the choir.

What the hell was that!? Oh god I hope that doesn't air during anything I may happen to watch... It hurt my ears >_<
But on the other hand it's nice that they are producing a "better" diesel engine.

haha ...that was awesome
reminded me of the 70's
u think that would be a option in the ridgeline
would u think they would come out w/ a bigger truck to compete against the ford f-250?

If I had to guess I'd say it's probably for a car & probably only for Europe/Asia.
gas is expensive over there & Diesel cars are big due to their fuel economy.

my work truck has propane injection kit. fully programable. makes a world of difference in power. im not positive but i think when nitrous is used in a diesel engine it is just used to cut down on all the soot (black smoke) that you usually get when you start pushing more power out of them.
for anyone that dont know, propane is used as a power adder in diesel engines just like nitrous is used in a gasoline engine.
EDit: this is the truck im speaking of \/

ya well im preaty sure the NOS was used as well for a boost not just smoke... i was thinking it was on horsepower tv but after thinking alitle more it was actualy on the new TRUCKS. since stacy isnt doing the show anymore. they just used horsepowers dyno machince to throw out the numbers.
but it was a HUGE!!!!!!!! power gain with a straight torque line!
unfortunatly thiers no details on thier website and i cannt remember the numbers.
but anyways another cool thing about diesel.... MAKE YOUR OWN BIODIESEL
that would be cool as well!!!!!!!
just find a fast food place that used vegtable oil...... and go get thier old crapy oil for free.... course then ya have to have the machine and chemicals to make it... but its still sweet! burns cleaner as well

You can even use the vegetable oil w/o doing anything to it - look up straight vegetable oil or SVO conversions.
Only issue is you need a second tank as you have to start/warm-up & shutdown on regular diesel.
Apparently your exhaust smells like whatever food was cooked in the oil!
If I had the $ I'd like to get one of the 1980/90's VW golf diesels to play with.
