Weird Noise Comming From Air Intake

ok i adjusted the fast idle valve and the main idle screw and now the engine doesnt fast idle for ever like it did, the idle comes down nicely and the rev bouncing has gone away too. and that noise i could hear comming from the vac box is supposed to happen when the revs drop too much at idle and it bring the revs back up again, but since i adjusted the idle and stuff it seems to only come on when im idle with lots of electrics going like lights wipers etc.

well now thats sorted its time to move onto the next problem.. and then the one after that etc
