Well here's the results from earlier today..........the CO level is the one that impressed me the most. How do those numbers looks as far as tunning for power is concerned? Just thought I'd share.

An emissions test will not tell you anything about how much power a car makes, or how it will perform.

It will tell you though how well your emissions is. biggrin.gif

yeah I want to AutoX, I tried to sign up for that last one you posted but all 50 spots had already filled up. Let me know when te next on is and i'll be there.

what did you do to get those results? tune up? new muffler? plz share...

I've got my emissions test coming at the end of the year and need to get ready for it

I understand that, but he asked if was tuned good for power, which is not something you can get from an emissions test.

wow,your Rex weighs 3500 lbs,mine weighs 1800 with me in it and a full tank of gas.

I don't think their scales are very accurate... Supposedly my Civic weighed 2600lbs when it was last tested. ohmy.gif biggrin.gif

tune up included:
-ngk spark plugs 1 step hotter than stock (4 @ 1.99)
-cheapo oem spark plugs (9.99)
-borg warner cap and rotor (8.29 & 3.27)
-fresh oil and filter (4 @ 1.89 & 1 @ 3.00)
-knock the crap out of air filter (free)
-93 octane gas (1.92 a gallon)
-STP fuel treatment on previous 2 tanks (1.79 a botle)
-spray carb cleaner in carb (per instructions) (1.00 for the can)


thats about it, I made sure it was nice and warm before i took it in too.
