I have 5 posts per day and really wanna be a moderator lets start a vote. I really wanna become one I'm one here all the time.

We've got enough mod's here IMO.

There's not enough users and/or new posts to warrant another moderator.

I'm stuck in the military right now, I hate bureaucracys (sp) like my command, where you have too many people trying to be in charge, and not enough people who will actually do the work.

Would you act any differently if you had mod privleges? What would you change? Have you seen some bad threads lately?

I mean, I know im not as open to the site as I was before but still......

And yeah, u have to give something to the site, that no one else can......which is how u pick moderators

It's always good to have people volunteer to do work - but you've only been here a couple of months! You can't expect to become a mod in such a short time.

Hopefully you'll still be keen in a year or three when we might need some new mods...

Posts per day is NOT what I look for in a moderator. And we aren't really looking for, nor do I think we need, any more moderators. We already have 6 people with moderator privileges, that's plenty.

Ha, I love when ppl say that... " I really wanna become one I'm one here all the time." Like being here all the time makes all the difference. Ive been here 3 years, yet I dont have over 1000 posts yet. I try to contribute, but most stuff gets answered before I get to it so I just refrane from posting because I hate sencelesses posts... even though I do my fair share

Ive almost been here longer then every mod(cept for the original guys) and I don't have mod privlages... Most of the time I dont see a need for a mod cept for a rogue misplaced post here and there.
