What did you use? Is it just me or does it look wrinkled or bubbled or somethin?
That's a mean look.

i looks a little wrinkled, we used tfiberglass cloth, fiberglass bondo, paper, sheetmetal, and c clamps. oh the reason it looks like it does is because we're not done yet, be still have to smooth it out, and clean it up, i just got the pick up to show some progress.

i just used vinyl on my headlights, one layer of black and the top layer red to keep them from lighting up at night but the fiberglass looks like a good idea. i had to take my eyebrows off though

You guys definitely achieved the "I'm mean!" look...well done! Once that's all cleaned up, it will look even better...I love cars that look pissed off.

i cant really see from the pics, when i was thinking of doing that with fiberglass i thought the "points" protruding from the headlight would get in the way of the eyebrow, does yours cover it or is the brow small enough to not cover it?

we made the brows just small enough to go above the points that come from the headlights. we had to modify my headlights so that the headerpanel, would fit.

Looks cool, here is a tip though. When you use fiberglass you should use 1" wide stripes about 3 inches long. It makes it have less air bubbles and it works around corners and bumps ALOT easier than trying to make one big piece. Also something a little easier is the chopped mat. It's a little heavier than normal mat but it also dries ALOT stronger and it molds easier.

Have you test driven the car at night yet? I'd be curious to see how those things affect the light pattern..
