FAQ is your friend!

The FAQin FAQ doesnt say anything about body panels being interchangeable, it just explains the variations throughout the years. dry.gif

If it doesn't say it's interchangeable, assume that it probably isn't. Can you picture how long the list would be if one was to list all the parts that DON'T fit/swap in our cars?

But don't worry, the interchangeability of fenders/header panels is a question that pops up about once every month or two. I am the first to admit I'd love a set of steel fenders and a steel header panel for my rex. I'd gladly carry the extra weight for the sake of no more cracks.

Thanks for the legitimate answer to my question, RPR needs more members like you, not members giving vague answers like "Nope" or "check the FAQ's" why even bother replying? anyhow iam probably going to get flammed by those two...but who cares. Thanks again Euphoric

Well, I'm not gonna "flame" you, but I don't understand how my answer is vague. Seems direct, and to the point, in my opinion..

Those are both very direct and correct answers.

The shape of the fenders are completely different as well as how the meet up with the A pillar.

i tired this once ,for the front fenders to work there is a alot of work ,the fenders are shorter then crx ones ,by the doors the civic fenders are curved and need steel added to make it straight like the crx's ,and adding the steel in the middle would be a pain ,youd pretty much need 2 sets ,a grinder, welder ,bondo ,sander and some time lol and the civic corner lights ,since there bigger and shorter then crx ones wink.gif

you asked a question right? you got the answer you asked for. when you asked does this fit. I dont think that it was to short to say nope. what should they have said something like. in order to make them fit you have to cut this mold that drill here and then tell you it wont fit.
just click and your in the pics
