Thanks...but...for 'real' racecars you should 'think' EPCivic, jsgprod, or Greg Gauper to name a few. I only run/build for fun and ignore any/all sanctioning-body rules!

aluminum, i got it at this place on the outskirts of el paso, i think the place was called lumber 84?? it was like a hardware store, the sheets were like $25 a piece just so i could cover the doors and rear panels, i had a little extra left over but used it in the hatch area to help sound dampen they're all backed by 1/8" closed foam to prevent rattling... well they didn't come with foam backing i put the foam there...

and yes i got a battery box for that battery...

thanks i ran into the idea when a buddy of mine dragged me all the way out to this hardware store to get something, i was wondering around and i ran into this stuff all the way in the back and i was like "i wonder if this stuff will fit my door?" it was right around the time kakabox had done the plastic cardboard card things, i measured the sheets and my car and they were the right size, so i ditched the shitty door panels i had because the previous owner drilled holes in them for speakers that didn't come with the car... :-/ so this worked out well, it made the car lighter and i think it looks better... i even have 6x9 speakers hidden behind the rear panels...

as for the del sol seats i have a write up in my projects page, power wheels, i think it only works for 3gs only though it's kind of weird...
