OH, NO...DON'T DO IT unsure.gif

[Jedi Knight voice on] ...you don't like the antique brass colored wheels...you don't like the antique brass colored wheels...[Jedi Knight voice off]

Did it work?  Remember, your car is NOT a Subaru!

Your jedi mind tricks don't work on me.

Besides... I know what I'm doing! I deal with colors and aesthetics on a daily basis!

I sprayed 2 wheels today just to see if I liked the color. I vetoed black, it just doesn't look as good as I thought it would, I resprayed it with metallic antique brass and I liked that color much better. I then sprayed another wheel with Duplicolor metallic bronze wheel paint and it's nearly identical to the antique brass except the brass is a little brighter and has more metal flakes than the bronze. Aside from the bright red valve cover, all the colors on my car are somewhat subdued (by design), because of this I'm leaning towards the bronze paint. Also because the bronze paint is pretty close to the original color of the wheels.

I'll post pics when I get a chance.

That's a '89 'teg D16A1 in there. For that swap you use the OE 1/3g motor mounts modified like this: http://www.redpepper...e...st&p=316364
