hmm.....doesn't seem fair. I'm not the youngest, the youngest person here can drive but i'm not old enough WTF! I'm a few months older but rules say wait until your 16 damn laws. I say if you know ow to drive you should be aloud to drive. There are people that are out in their cars and don't know how to drive then there's me, I know how to drive good but here I am stuck inside because the law is 16
