Going to work at 4 A.M. this morning at 60mph a large rabbit commited suicide on my bumper and resulted in a crack from top to bottom where the bumper meets the fender and a triangle piece broke off the top.

The kid that put front tires on my car pushed on the fender to help himself up from the kneeling position and cracked the drivers side fender. Of course he denied it.

I went out to my yard one morning and the bottom half of my fender was sitting next to the car.
What happened? Nobody knows.

Aftermarket radius arm (AKA lower control arm) broke at the ball joint cotter pin hole, causing the wheel to get a wee bit out of place, shattering the fender. Fortunately this happened at 5mph, not on the Interstate. Sh*tty hole quality = fatigue cracking. I replaced both arms with HONDA parts.

I hit a cement wall going 500mph and both front fenders broke! Who would of thought.....
Just kidding.
But seriously, about 11 months ago I bought a second first gen CRX for a parts car. One of the things I wanted from the car was the front fenders. I have already broken one of them from just leaning against it from the side while looking at something under the hood. I guess when the plastic fenders on these cars get old, they are really fragile/brittle.

Driver's side was kicked by my ex wife, passenger side was broken by my former landlords just because they're assholes.

My stock 20 year old fenders explode come summer time due to 70mph on the highway and a fly, or insect of some sort.

My pass side fender cracked from a sub 5mph impact.
Cracked in like 5 different places. These fenders can not take ANY abuse at thier age!
BTW, if anyone needs one I have a PERFECT drivers side fender from my 85si, which I no longer need b/c my front fenders are now fiberglass!

just wanted to know where you got you f/g fenders from and if they hold up to the bending due to torque as good as plastic ones
