I took a weird almost "LOVE" If you may say for these wheels.. they make them in 15x8 or 15x7 with a HUGE 3" lip for that old school "jdmish" style.. but I dont know if we could tuck a 15x8?? i had 16x7.5 (in the old days) with 215/45/16 with no rubbing issues, not lowered with new suspension.. so i dont see why a 15x8 with 205/50/15's would rub?... what do you think? 15x7 would be cool too LOL... they have ALL different colors also.. offset is 38.. less than $400 a set shipped.... pretty tempting if the deal for my car falls through..

no rubbing at all? did they tuck at all without lowering? have any pics?

i'm looking to set what that size wheel/tire combo will look like.

those are some really sharp looking rims!

i'd say go for it if they will fit, might have to roll the inside lip of your wheel arches but whatever.

I'd put them on my car.

Under steer is when you hit the wall with your front end.
Over steer is when you hit the wall with your rear end.
Horsepower is how hard you hit the wall.
Torque is how far you move the wall.

Those look pretty neat. I could see a set of white ones (if they made them) on my car. Currently I have 15x6.5 wheels with 195/50/15 tires, and it's darned close to the fender lip after I lowered the car. Never rubbed, though. I can't see how a wider tire would fit, but your clearance may vary! Good luck -

They look like the Panasport C8's which i wanna get, so that means i like em. What is the offset is the wheel, its going to be tough to keep them from rubbing. I run 195/55/15's no rubbing but thats on a +45 offset on a 6" wheel.

Julian

Edit - I see the offset that you posted without rolling the fenders it'll rub.

Since 15x7 +38 sit flush with the wheel well, 15x8 +38 will extend out of the wheel well by about 15mm.

i run 205/50/15 on a 15x6(oem honda) and only had a little bit of rubbing on the foward inner front fender, nothing a hammer didnt take care of, it also only rubbed when i went to full lock like in a parking lot

nice dyno sheet. unfortunately the power curve to match that flat torque curve would be a straight line. no peak and drop off.

nice wheel btw

I had a 15x7 38mm wheel with a 205/50/15 drag radial and didnt rub a long time ago....I think with the right tire combo, you might be ok.

Otherwise, it would be a spacer needed...but either way it would be close tongue.gif
