Hi Guys

my name ist Mirko, i´m 25yr´s old and from germany.

After a few Opels i got myself finally into the "JDM" scene and bought a Lexus IS200. I have done some changes to it and sold it 2 years later.

Then  i bought a 87´ Civic 4th Gen for daily driving.

in 2014 i´ve bought my dream car, a R34GTT but at the moment i´m thinking about selling the car because it seems way too expensive for me to drive and tune this thing, so this might have to go :/

aiodhyfj.jpg

Meanwhile i sold my 4th gen due to rust problems and then got the chance to literally steal a 87´Civic AL from a buddy for just 400€ with 130.000Km on it.. It´s in a really good shape and got already welded and got some rust prevention done. I would tell a lot more about the whole story and the car itself but i guess my english isnt that well to make it worth to read in any way. But let me say one thing: I love this little red pepper :D
So here are some pictures:

I´m not really sure if this is going to be a big project anytime but at the moment i thinking about swapping a 1,5carbed engine and a short 5 speed into it.
But right now i just changed the corner lights, deleted the broken antenna and painted the wipers flat black, changed the door cracked door panels and did some other little (no minor) changes.

To show one of the minor changes.... i changed all locks for example because the original kay was totally abused... here is picture (old to new/used)

When i bought the door panels i also got all the parts i need to fix my little deer damage but i dont know when i´m going to paint and mount it.

This should be it,.. i´m really looking forward to do some more changes to the car and hope to have a good time here @ RPR

Looks really great.

Must be the softer sun in germany, because the red would be pink where I live.

Enjoy the car.

Hey Guys,

i guess its time for an update. Haven´t been here for a while so some things changed ^^

First of all i got my BC Coilovers (incl. customs made panhard) and energy suspension bushings fitted by a buddy of me. Then I also mounted some 6,5x15 et25 steelies with 196/50 Dunlops including customized BMW Hub Caps. A red tail garnish has been mlounted as well as a CRX Front Lip, Bosch Pilot Fogs and a recessed headlight setup. I also started to strip the interior and swapped my grey dashboard for an AH GT version incl speedometre. (doorboards getting changed as well) Today i also managed to fic my deere damage.

Some parts are already waiting to get installed (Recaros for example) some others are on theyre way to germany and then theres also somethings going to change to the enginebay but when the time has come i´ll show and tell you more.

Time for some pics:

Nice car!

How did you fix the recessed headlights?

Thinking of doing the same with my wheels but dont afford the BCs right now so I guess the 15" will look wierd on the car with stock.

Hey Guys,

first of all thanks for the feedback.

now i almost finished my GT interior swap (co-driver seat and fuse cover is missing atm) and i was able to install at least one of my two 90´s Recaro Speed SR and a Schroth harness.

@Hylsan: You have to kill the lower factory bracket for the flush mounted headlights and then the rest will be basicly bolt on. You will be missing one bold location/bracket for the revcessed headlights but it wont cause any problems.

In this picture you can see the bracket you have to ditch and also see the brackets you´ll be missing. you´ll need twi of thise for an OEM-Spex swap (will be hard to find)
