During my down time. I am alway looking for parts, this time I managed to find a couple of interesting pieces.

If you know anything about sedan front lips are very difficult to come by. There are a few options you can go with, but none that was really working for me. Then I came across this...

custom lip from Indonesia.

Seller also makes custom recessed headlights for the 86/87 model.

Pretty interesting piece. A good alternative for someone wanting recessed lights without having to swap the entire front end.

Seller makes several parts for the sedan hatches. He can be found on FaceBook at https://www.facebook...58190687803923/

Some of the latest things I have done was try out an Integra seat and source some original red floor mats.

The Integra seat sits no different than the sedan seat. Now I just need to find an upholstery shop.

The mats will be a fun project

Wow are they bright compared to the rest of the interior.

I noticed that the carpet is coming loose on the mats.

Upon further investigation. I learned that all Honda did was glue the carpet onto the All Weather Mat. With that, the carpet should be fairly easy to replace. I am currently awaiting for some carpet samples to come in.

I have a couple of extra sets of blue AWMs. I'm going to use a product designed to coat rubber products to dye a set of blue mats to burgundy.

As most projects go. Not much has been happening.

Took a chance on ordering a custom sedan front lip and 86/87 recessed headlight buckets.

The seller took great care in protecting the lip. He welded a metal cage around it.

I am looking forward to how you make these 84-85 headlights work with the 86-87 header panel, side marker lights and grill.

I did the same conversion on my 86 CRX Si and found many little differences between the 84-85 and the 86-87.

These are custom made buckets specifically designed to fit the 86/87 front end.

Looking good, It's coming along nicely, love that lip! I'm thinking of painting my 89 sedan grey too, my neighbor has a 2004 Infinity G35 that is Diamond Graphite Metallic, I think it is my favorite grey I've seen so far.
