Thanks... Im planning on keeping the ZC, bump compression and possibly go carbureted.

My Brown Top's already on Yam R1 Carbs and is shooting for the magical 11:1 too. Bent a rod on just the carbs alone. So if you are going the hi comp route think about rods and oil pump(week spots on the D's), shot peen the rods at the very least and if you take it appart have the full rotational assembly balanced.

^^^ thanks for the advise. I do plan on rebuilding the engine. Have you put down any numbers on the dyno? Would like to know what others are pushing running carbs. My goal is 170-210hp I know its a lot but possible. It was my dream to own a 3rd gen but it has been nothing but a nightmare!

Its been a min since i last posted on here. I havent had time to wrench on my Civic so not much has been done to it. Ive been helping some friends run a clothing store in Covina CA called Noise and its been taking up all my time. Anyone local come out and peep out the store. But what i have been able to do, is source and obtain this beautiful...
