Needs a few more parts per Chedda:

 

.750 3/4" washers for the 20mm end on the axle. The other end should have adapters to the 10mm body mount.

I have noticed when Im on the highway the temp gauge stays around the 3/4 mark.  Around town on a hot day it will stay at half with no issues.  My car has what looks to be a stock rad, power steering cooler on the rad, pusher/puller fans (both come on and work), and 4-2-1 headers (which are maybe 2 inches from the rad), but it has a larger motor (pretty sure the d16a1).  To me it seems like since it gets hot on the freeway, there is an issue with airflow through the rad, but wanted to see if anyone else had idea.
