fux it, might as well use a newer d series IM there are a few diff ones that are close enough design to use and have much bigger throttle boddies

Guys, did a web search and found this thread.
The pics the guy posted between the EW1 and D15a3 heads i could not see.
I have an 84 CRX, completely stock. The carb is acting up, will not idle but other then that runs ok. I am looking @ a carb rebuild but those 3 bbls are not supposed to be fun. I am thinking about a swap to FI. The EW1 is a CVCC head and I understand the ew5 had a separate injector for for the pre-ignition chamber. I do not want to change the engine, or the head if I can avoid it but the intake would be ok.
Help would be appreciated.
