Welding Rear Axel Pictures?

Not to start a debate, but it was told that a rear sway bar and axle locker were overkill? Was I misinformed? I just run a welded rear axle.

 

Told by who?

 

Depends on your driving style... For me, as an autocrosser, I like the rear to rotate a lot, so the more the merrier.

I like a car that that turns when I ask it to, I manage the oversteer by turning the wheel less and keeping my foot in it!

In all honesty, I run my car fairly soft in bump so to make it handle I need a lot of roll stiffness. A car with stiffer spring rates may not need as much as I carry.

I have the same opinion as Rob and Fanatic, My car rotated much faster, which in turn allowed me to get on the gas sooner.
