Well i got my 1987 crx dx on July 1st 2006. I have wanted a crx scince i was 13 years old that was 4 years ago, a rpr member down the road had one and i fell in love with these little cars.

my goal is to make a 300whp crx that is capable of low 12's on street tires.

future plans:
3 inch mandrell bent exhaust with just a resinator maby a muffler if it is to loud
Garrett t3 turbo(got it)
civic dx exhaust manifold
2.5 inch mandrell bent charge piping with just about any intercooler i can find
95 civic si fuel rail
walbro fuel pump
apc racing seats
4 point harness
possible a roll cage
front strut bar
rearend sturt bar
adjustible phb
new streering wheel
DSM 450 CC injectors
fuel pressure guage
relocate battery to the rear of the car
edm corners
1 piece fiberglass hood i am makign this
solid motor mounts
RPR getto rear swaybar

that is all i can think or right now i will add more later

The first thing i did when i got the car was rust work like alot of us have delt with on our cars. Then i painted it with rattle can paint (gunmetal). Now i work in a body shop so it will be repainted again not sure what colour any sugestions? Right now i am rebuilding a black top D16a1. it will get new pistons all new gaskets (gaskets came in the mail yesterday ) biggrin.gif and it will get all new bearings the old ones were chipping apart. The block and head were both machined by my dad for free biggrin.gif that saved me alot of time/ money. i will keep this updated as i go along and there will be many pictures. What you all you guys/girls think

The day i got it

Besides welding in new steel, what else did you use bondo/putty/seam sealer etc.? It looks solid.
