The K from the RSX type s is 200hp stock. The JDM one is 220hp. Could you imagine that in a 3g Civic?

Going to Hawaii? You need a Dune Buggy.

WTB: 14x8 or 9" Panasports or Watanabe RS.

WTB: 3g Civic hatch gauge cowl, brown.

WTB: ZC header--FOUND

It would be about the same as a JDM H22A.....I've seen an 85 CRX Si with that.

Yeah, but lighter drivetrain than a H22A.

youre actually right the K20 is actually ABOUT the same weight if not lighter than a B-series. but the motor is also mounted in the engine bay on the other side as most, ew1 d-series, b-series, and h-series.

the hardest part would be getting the right length axles, if any of you saw the last HCI with blue "EK4" sedan (actually a converted ej6) owned by danny hernandez (deir88 on jdmcivic.com), while it may have a k20a in it, i know it has broken A Lot of axles, more than three but im not sure ill have to ask him.
of course the motor mounts are probably going to be kinda hard too.

also if you do it, dont get the k20a3 personally its not very good. its vtec sys works almost in the same way Vtece does, thus rendering it hard as crap if not impossible to run anything like hondata or uberdata on it. but you can always put on a k20a head and youd be straight.

you could also run ITB's if space is tight in the front near the rad, cause i know its pretty small, plus itb get great result when tuned right.

i say go for it, cause it if fit in a honda fit it will fit in a 3rd gen.
