this is what happens when the state of nebraska gives a license to a redneck with a jacked up truck that dont know how to adjust his mirrors for driving in town. the blazer that did this to me was tall enough for me to drive my car up to my windshield under his doors.

That exact same thing happened to me earlier this week.
He just about drove over my entire front end...and then gets out and complains about my driving!!! I was surprised how well that plastice held up to that though...only one small crack...minus the fact it's scratched to shit....

Because the other guy doesnt have insurance for your insurance to bother about the money. You would just have to claim it basically as if you did it yourself. I'd just take him straight to court. Get an expensive body shop quote, win that amount, then buy a bodykit and go to a less expensive shop, or find a buddy or something to do it. Good luck to you either way, and remember, it coulda been worse!

Maybe it's just where I'm from, but aren't you supposed to have insurance on a motor vehicle??? If not, then I guess we should just all drop our insurance and nobody would be responsible for anything.
If you have a decent insurance company, you should be able to file a suit with them and they will go after the other driver, if he has insurance or not.

thats what i was thinking, and if he didnt have insurance about 30 seconds after i heard him say that i would be on the phone to the police. I bet he does have insurance and he just said that to get out of it, looks like its working to
