it was broken @ back fender 1/3 missing & front cracked pretty bad. thanks though.

I had a body part shipped last year via air and I think it cost around 180.00. But the part doubled in price for me in the end. Once someone bids, it automatically extends the auction for another day or so. The auction extended for another week until i finally got it. It took two months from the time I won until I received the part.
The part was worth it for me, so you'll have to decide.

When you start talking $400 for a body panel I have to wonder if
you could not just go to one of those restoration places and say
"I need this made" from metal.
I'm not saying you did badly or paid too much.
I'm more asking why is it you see this stuff made on TV, you see the
same sorts of shops locally, with all the pics they are so proud on their
websites seems not even as hard to make what we need.
