nice to see this car going! rare to see a uk member still building a 3g...will try answer a few of your questions! Ive gotta ask what driveshafts are you gonna run? Ive got hasport mounts etc but still deciding what to run..

Connect your brake booster to here (in green)...

However I'm really stuck on the wiring side of things. After researching about the wiring i've become more confused along with:

How do i wire this so it can run? it's an OBD2b engine and i have the entire loom from the donor car. Do i go OBD2 or can i modify the existing loom to make it run?

You can change out the whole interior and engine looms for obd2b looms but it will require knowing exactly what plugs are what and then wiring them to the original plugs from the 3g...an example would be knowing the hazard switch plug on the obd2b loom then wiring it to the hazard switch etc on the 3g...really long process but its doable...i know a lot of people convert the full car to obd1 etc....if it was me i would look into buying a rywire loom for ease (yet they are pricey)...

Alternator fitment

you need to put a dent in the frame/chassis rail to accommodate the alternator...i believe a shorter belt will help...will probably need the engine to come out to do this unfortunately...i think people run d16 alternators and change the plug as its a 3 rib not 4 which helps remove an extra 5mm or so to the dent

Which Radiator and fan to use along with how to mount them

im just going to run a 4th gen or a single ally rad and just custom mount...gotta see how this fits first though! will let you know how i get on in the next couple of weeks!

Which Accelerator cable to use

still working this out myself...i will probably use a cable for the engine....so you could try to use a b16a2 from an ek at a guess...im going to use a teg one as thats my engine came from...

Do i modify the gearbox fork to fit or can i use another honda one

you could fit a cable gearbox from a b16a1 (4th gen civic or crx) to use the cable clutch etc but i would just buy the hasport hydro to cable actuator (again its just money)

Where does the brake booster pipe connect to and where can i mount the fuel sender unit

see photo above :)

For anyone interested, the UK Integra 86-89 D16 Hubs and bearings have the same part number as the Mk1 CRX D16 hubs and bearings...so I assume that instead of needing the integra knuckles/bearings/hubs for the Hasport shafts a Mk1 CRX could be used which may be easier to find in the UK...glad I didnt throw these hubs away now!

Basically the same knuckles. The same bearings. The only difference is the hubs themselves (spline count). I am running Civic knuckles with Integra hubs in new bearing in my swapped CRX

Sorry to bother you some more, but Im currently trying to look at my driveshaft options for my B18C6 swap in the UK. Ive seen the thread but was wondering if you knew the spline count of the integra hubs please. Only as I believe someone said I should use 3G civic 4WD Shafts as they are 22.75" but the spline count appears to be 26 for the outer CV's. I have Mk1 CRX D16ZC hubs and driveshafts which from all accounts seem to be 26 splines on the outer CV's. So im trying to save myself the hassle of buying the integra hubs and new bearings if I can use my CRX ones. I believe the 3G civic OEM ones are 23 splines.

Unfortunately these parts are at my mates garage and I cant go and count them myself for around a month but wanted to order parts or work out if I might have enough to put something together as it is.

I will be using an SR3 hydro intermediate shaft but I might change to an SK7 if it appears to be a better choice! Im trying to get away from having to buy the £350 hasport axles as they are pricey when getting shipped to the UK.

I think I can use Cardone 60-4084 left hand shaft which has a 27 inner and 26 outer spline count and is 22 3/16" length with an M22x1.5 spindle which matches the 4WD shafts and is female inner to male outer so would work with the SR3 shaft and is from the following cars Acura Integra 1998-94; Honda Civic 2000-99, Civic del Sol 1994.

If not I could use a cardone 60-4054 which is 22 13/16" 27 inner and 26 outer spline count for the left...this shaft is a male to male though and requires an SK7 intermediate but I am hoping the one before works with that side...also it would make it cheaper to replace any axles that have broken if I can get off the shelf shafts rather than the R-axle/hasport pairs that are fairly expensive.

I will use the 4WD Cardone 60-4055 for the right hand side which is 27 inner and 26 outer at a length of 22 3/4". This is only 0.25" longer than the Hasport shafts which were measured at 22 1/2".

What Im trying to confirm is are the mk1 CRX D16ZC outer splines 26 like the shafts mentioned above, or is it just the integra hubs as when i look for replacement CRX shafts for my ZC cardone seem to suggest that the 4WD shafts fit the CRX Si / HF which i thought was the model with the ZC...if so then it means that ZC Shafts or MK1 CRX Si D16ZC hubs can be used which is surprising! Also when i look for a Mk1 CRX 16i 1.6L which would be the D16ZC the CV joints I can buy suggest they are a 26 spline outer which is the same as the integra's...so I may be able to just use those hubs which is interesting...issue im having is hte outer CV's for integra's suggest a seal size of 55m compared to the 49mm of the Mk1 CRX...I have no idea what the seal size is!
