I thought I would let you guys know that I am selling my 1986 Honda Crx si. I have a guy buying on Friday march 28th 2014 for $1200. It runs and drives pretty great, needs some tuning, but it is a decent car. If any you guys are interested, you can email me at [email protected] I am willing to take any offer at or above the $1200 offer of my pending buyer. Once again, sorry about leaving the community, but I need some rear seats in my daily driver.

I have a few loose screws they said... your crazy they said...

I had just installed some coil springs lowering clamps, and was driving away when my wheel came off! It wasn't tightened as well as I thought. No damage that wasn't already there. The bumper was half rusted away and the axle is fine.

It was funny and nobody got hurt! Its already fixed and I am still laughing!

 

 

I am wondering if my 1986 honda crx si has the same front end(fire wall forward) as the civics of the same years. Can I take the metal fenders from a civic and swap to my crx? what about bumpers? Short throw shifters?!? that would be a huge bonus if some of these were universal.

Plastic fenders cracked! Can I replace with metal fenders from civic of same year?

 

In Wisconsin, it is like -30 below in early January this year. And since my fenders on my 86 crx are plastic, they cracked more than ever... 

Can i simply bolt on some fenders made from sheet metal off of a civic of similar year, or will they not fit?!?

Hello again. I have noticed that my gas gauge goes down over night(about 1/16 of a tank) and I cannot achieve over 30 MPG. I think I saw some rust holes on the top of the tank when welding around it(I was scared silly, but covered the tank as best as possible.) and tried to patch with some putty. I still smell gas fumes and I know a replacement tank is needed.

WHERE CAN I GET ON FOR MY 98 CRX SI??? Nobody has any in stock, and I think the 86 honda civic hatchback fuel tank looks the same. Will it work? 

I am a student on low income, so I need to fix asap. Please reply with anything that may help. Thanks!

 

p.s. are there any games with the crx in it? I cant find it if there is?
