Sounds good.  Another thing I was thinking about but could be too late since you've already done what you have, would be to place another hatch on the front of the trailer for enclosing it. If done right you would have access through the front or back of it, or you could just put it on and seal it like that with only access from the back.  This is really making me think about trying the same thing if I run across the appropriate hatch to do it with.

laugh.gif thats a pretty good idea smile.gif but yeah i would have to cut it all down and start from scratch to do so but really cool idea mine is just going to have a window in the front (not glass) i want to replace all the glass on the trailor with plexi glass or lexan so when i have all the subs in there they dont rattle out or break or even sounding like shit because of all the rattleing the subs i mean laugh.gif but i think it will be a cool never done before set up like sure ill have a sub in the back of the crx but i dont want some huge fiberglass one killing my car from the weighing so much like every other import out there laugh.gif i guess ill just have to see what happens

Really sucks to hear about the carbs sad.gif . If you want, you could send me the carbs/manifold and I'll clean them and try to sync them for you.

Keep an eye on eBay for some good deals on bike carbs.

but the thing i didnt under stand was why would i need a bike to get them in sync??? you would think all i would need was a engine laugh.gif you dont need a hole bike too tune the carbs dry.gif he was most likely just talking out his ass laugh.gif

I would think that a set of carbs could be tuned regardless by the good old fashion way of setting everything to spec and going from there, sounds like a bone-head

thanks smile.gif but the trailor needs alot of work sad.gif like the hole bottom of the car is rusted the rear skirts are falling apart and ive been cutting and putting new steel like crazy but its eating up alot of time that i dont really have i want to get going on the fiberglass incloser but would be pointless with a pile or holes on the bottom of the stupid thing mad.gif but i should have new updates in a few days and dont you think that spoiler would look sick on the back of the rex with those taillights ???? i do cool.gif but i allso think im going to start that front end soon ive been wanting to do but i dont know where to start laugh.gif here is a pic of what i want to do

like should i do it all in fiberglass or should i have like a sheet metal center and have glassed sides and make molds out of foam??? and from looking at the front it looks like the front bumper was removed wich i dont wanna do but i might have to i dont know we shall see wink.gif

one more thing i have a si center coming in the mail biggrin.gif and im going to install the brembo rotors i bought in that big lightspeed brembo buy a while back tomorow so im excited biggrin.gif

hang onto those seatbelts for me for a bit please!!!

i have to try digging the rear belts out of my parts hatch for my daughters 3G, if i cant get them out i'll shoot you a few bucks to stuff them in a box and ship them to me. she needs seatbelts in the back because she's carting around our grandson.

oh, dont listen to the naysayers, build your trailer if you want to, to hell with what anyone has to say about it. i think its a dope idea and i wish i could build one for my car. one thing i would like to mention though, those tails you have on the crx look ok, but i think they would look nicer if you installed flushmount LED round tails. i have a set that we are putting on the back of his jeep so we can ditch his big boxxy tails. they are super cheap and they look really nice because they are relatively flush with the body of the car. that and LEDs last nearly forever, at least the new superbright ones do anyway.

just my opinion, take it with a grain of salt. biggrin.gif

i think some time with a hammer and a dolly, some welding and reinforcement you could make that frontend out of steel. (think about how people make custom gas tanks for Harleys) it would look better, last longer and provide the front of the car with some protection.

imagine this: your sitting on a hill stopped at a light, some newb in front of you cant keep his car from rolling back when the light turns green and he gently rolls into the front of your car.

now, whats going to happen if you make it partly or totally out of fibreglass?

if you knew how to tig you could make it out of stainless! ohmy.gif ph34r.gif
