Why not get a CDM DX cam that has the valve configuration of the USDM Si head? It has a longer length from the factory and supports the mechanical fuel pump lobe on the cam shaft...

These cam companies have been doing these reliable street/strip grinds for years....You can trust them...get a grind, spend the 50 bux for a Mr.Gasket little pump and regulator and be done with it and have more power...then with that cam u can get a nice aem adjustable cam gear like 1 gen said...TOM

ICE - I never got to meet anyone named MUGEN...I have bought enough of their parts (King Motorsports have bought more though...) to be granted that wish.
VAUGHN - I am sure I have at least one as I have a whole core DX motor. I'll get my hands one it this weekend and assess its condition.
REX - Let's make some metal shavings and get your motor screaming!

If kirk for some crazy reason can't come up with a cam, I got all the si dissy, cam, and fuel pump you need. Let me know!
Kirk, wasn't Mugen SR the main designers of the hondas in the 80s. I don't know, but only kidding.
Send head to kirk=big horsepower, I have seen some very nice pics.

Don't want to step on anyones toes here but I have an aftermarket (read: higher lift, more duration) DX camshaft out in the garage that I've had for years. I'll never use it again. I did use it in an Si head with the DX fuel pump and distributor with a carb setup I played with long ago.
I'll clean it up this weekend and see if I can find some manufacturer markings on it to see what kind of grind it is. I really have no idea, I got it around 1990 or so and it's hardly been used at all.

If you love the Elise, drive a Se7en - Caterham or whatever...
It has even less content than the Elise, is less graceful looking
...and changes direction like a ping pong ball whacked by Thor.
