Not yet, but that will mean nothing since the parking brake is adjusted separately from the rear brakes.  All that a misadjusted parking brake will tell you is that the parking brake is not adjusted correctly.

 

FSM says 4-8 clicks anyway.

Have you spun the rear drums by hand? The shoes should be "this close" to making the drums drag, with maybe just a hint of touching.

I know many people are reluctant to deal with drum brakes, but they are not too hard to deal with. You do need to make sure that your shoes are correctly adjusted before you can eliminate that problem.

well like I said, the first step toward figuring out the problem is always making sure everything is adjusted and set correctly.

FSM reads: "NOTE: With the equalizer properly adjusted, the rear brakes should be fully applied when the parking brake lever is pulled up 4-8 clicks"
