Born in Cocoa Beach, my dad (who was also born & raised here) was in the Air Force so we also lived in Nebraska, Spain, Ohio, Spain again then back to Cocoa Beach. I also joined the USAF shortly after high school and was in Mississippi, No. California, and Germany. Then I moved back home again. For the past 35 years I've lived about 25 miles from where I was born.

 

Wouldn't trade any of those experiences for the world, except maybe the 2 years in Dayton Ohio. Wasn't crazy about that place. I think it was the coldest place I EVER remember.

I am initially from Georgia, but now live in the tax and fee state of Maryland. Lame state, wish I could move us all back to a free state but the wife has roots and family here.

home for me is upper michigan. reliving youth driving the same car into the same nooks and crannies. True home is always where the family is
