I don't think you're gonna notice too much of a ride difference in the 185-55-14 vs. the 185-60-14. The Azenis were harsh because of the super stiff sidewalls. The Federals are pretty stiff, but it's been years since I have driven the Azenis so it's hard to compare. All I remember is I didn't like them. The Federals have a better pattern for rain evacuation, but the newer Azenis may have gotten better too. I got the 55 series, because I eventually want to lower it more, and I think it makes the wheels look a tad bigger than they really are. My suspension is moderately stiff also and I have a DOHC engine so it's a hair heavier too, which ads to the bumps, along with a short wheelbase. If you are going to daily drive it, I would probably go with 185-60-14 since there are tons of options and won't mess up your mileage.

thanks chris, yeah I'll probably settle for the 60's becuz on my old 3rd gen they felt good but smaller height like the 55 would be a new experince and overall look, thanks for your help.
