Dec issue of SCCA's fastrack is out and it looks like the 84-87 CRX Si's(should be 85-87) and 86-87 Civic Si's are going to ITB with a weight of 2130lbs. Accord LXI is getting moved back to ITB. This is all pending BOD approval of course.
This is good news for us 1st gen racers as this should bring out some more cars. biggrin.gif A lot of guys quit running them in SCCA as they were very uncompititive in ITA.

I bought my 87 SI from an SCCA racer who was tired of being uncompetitive. I don't know whether to give him the news or not. He's running a BMW Z3 now. I run mostly HPDE and time trials and could care less about it's class.

Too bad I could not get them to move the Civic from CSP to FSP for Solo2 competition. It just rejuvinated my ambition to do better in CSP on the National level.

It is offical. Check out the latest Fastrack or SCCA.ORG. I really believe my car will be more competative this season in B. The car to have for A might be the 90-92 Integra. They were down in the 1:42s at the ARRC this year. The is no way my car could get close to that.
