yes. But it is mostley used in industrial applications. It would be cool if the private sector could get it. Could you imagine if you painted a whole car with it? Wake the neighbors up at 2 in the morning thinking something was on fire.

The entire tool selection at Sears or the contents of a Snap-On truck will do you no good if you do not know how to use them.

House of Kolors does in fact have a glow in the dark paint, in a few different colours. not sure how it would handle heat.
