ok, i am not trying to be rude, but you have responded to topics all around mine.
It was ordered, on Sept 17th. The paperwork that was emailed to me said Via DHL, estimated on sept 30th. Now I dont know the processes that need to take place, but you responded on the 25th of sept saying that it should be made anytime now. I was expecting a few days to be made and a few days to ship so i checked in on oct. 9 and asked when it would be shipped. I then received an email from you, and an update, confirming shipment on tuesday. That would have been oct 13th. On oct 21st i then checked back here for another update. And you said you were a bit late to pick up, and you needed some packing supplies. Which is fine, I would rather it be safe while shipping that have a broken FB wing. On oct 31 i asked about shipping, and on Nov 1 you said monday, which is nov 3rd. On Nov 16th I asked again, probably not in the best way and you responded, with a question, i promptly responded, and await a response. I am Just outlining to show my frustration on the topic, I would either like my wing, preferably because they look very nice, and i know heeltoe prides themselves in the products they offer our community, but on the other hand it is 215$ that has been tied up for 3 months while I could use it to fund other parts that need replacement...
I just want a ship date, and worse case scenerio my 215$ back. I appreciate your communication thus far and hope to continue doing business with you in the future.
