If you guys do one next year October(not this October) I'll be more than happy to pass along. I'm going to try to make it out to the Dragon Tail meet on the East Coast which should be in early October.

Past years Gimp and BP would work out a host for the event in the DFW area. This made it easier for out of towners to hang out. Moving forward, we need a new destination unless someone can host.

We named it Gulf States Regional since we were getting guys from adjacent states just as an FYI.

1gencrx's past idea of a meet with in a meet appears to be the best solution.

I searched Texas area for car meets and they're all American metal. Appears a lot of other Japanese car owners have reached out for local meets with no avail.

Looks like two national Japanese car shows rotate around the country that we could meet up at in our general area. Doesn't seem like a place to show ur car unless it has been restored

HIN Hot Import Nights. Houston Dec 9

IFO Import Face Off. Usually held at race tracks
10/22 Baytown, TX
11/15 Ennis, TX
11/12 Port Allen, LA
12/10 Marion, TX

I'll reach out to the 1g Integra site. There was interest from some of them a few years back through BP

There's a BMW dealership in Plano that does a monthly show for all cars. After reading the after show posts, I have no interest to attend. Could always meet up in the parking lot if there were enough DFW guys willing to do a morning

I'll reach out to 1gencrx. Maybe We meet in a central location to OK, TX, AR w Zak??

There was a Japanese Nolstalgic Car meet in Houston 2015, but no repeats since
Keepin' it OEM

I've got an acre here in Fayetteville, AR and a beautiful area that's popular for motorcycle and, to a lesser degree, car cruises. It wouldn't be a gulf state regional at that point though.

I'm down for just about wherever, really, as long as my schedule allows it. As for the central location, Dallas seems like the obvious central location but I suppose that depends on other people as well.

Zzzzz, Huh?  The wind of 2016 crushed the Yamato, Haven't had the energy this summer.  I still have a 3g.  We could set something, but I really would need to be a meet within a meet.  I will see about getting the Jap Nostalgic, to put something on.

Honda, because it's hard to look baller in your mom's Volvo.Posted Image
The entire tool selection at Sears or the contents of a Snap-On truck will do you no good if you do not know how to use them.

Sounds like a pretty good way to go. DFW still seems like a pretty central location for everyone. My hood is phenomenal for a cruise but it'll be out of the way- maybe that's a better idea for a future event if we can get a meeting cadence back together.
