Drives: 1990 Toyota Celica GT V6, 1987 Honda Civic DX 1500

Ok, so will an integra oil pan bolt up just fine to a D15A2 engine and provide the clearance needed to run an aftermarket header? I dont have a hookup for a CRX/Si pan right now but do have one for an integra pan.
